Effective from March 1, he succeeds Marco Ventoruzzo
The Academic Board, in the meeting of February 7, has appointed Federico Ghezzi (Department of Law) director of the PhD in Law of Business and Commerce, effective from March 1.
Ghezzi, full professor of Commercial Law, succeeds Marco Ventoruzzo, who will enjoy a period of leave in order to set up the new Max Planck Institute for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law in Luxembourg.
The PhD in Law of Business and Commerce, designed to prepare and foster an academic career in Italy or on the international job market, is taught part in Italian and part in English.
