Problems and opportunities for law studies nearly 20 years after the Rio Conference on climate change were the topic of the "conferencia magistral" held by Fabrizio Fracchia (Department of Law) on Wednesday, October 5, at the 10° Encuentro Internacional de Derecho Ambiental – Rumbo a Rio + 20: Una Perspectiva de Acceso, Procuración e Impartición de Justicia Ambiental para una Sostenibilidad Climática (Asunción, Paraguay, October, 4-7).
The meeting has been organized by LIMAA, Liga Mundial de Abogados Ambientalistas, an association based in Mexico, founded in 2003 by environmental law scholars from all the South American countries.
